How to Make a Funny Pen Holder

Hi! It's my first post on Blogger. Today I'd like to show you how to make a pen holder, a funny-looking one, using household stuff. Let's start!

You'll need...

• An empty jar, preferably a short and stout one, with a bulged-out belly
• Golden paper
• Coloured paper
• A muffin liner 
• A small piece of fur cloth
• Two earbuds

How to do it...

Start out by wrapping a piece of coloured paper around the empty jar. This will the outfit of your pen holder character so you could customise it according to your choice. Seal the ends with tape and cut out a guitar shape out of golden paper. You can add anything to personalise the guitar (say, sequins, glitter, etc). Stick the guitar to the belly of your jar. If your jar has no belly, stay calm and stick it close to the mid-portion of the jar. Stick a long piece of fur just below the rim of the jar and put the muffin liner, upside down on it. This will look like your pen holder has got a furry hairstyle with a hat. Decorate the pen holder with whatever you like and use the earbuds to make two hands. Make holes or cut off the top of the hat (muffin liner) and put your pens and pencils in. Happy DIYing!!
