Recycling for Fun! Make a Pencil Case Out of Old Plastic Bottles
Plastic bottles are quite harmful for the environment. They're non biodegradable and contribute to pollution. So, why not recycle two old plastic bottles to make a fun pencil case to show off?
You will need....
- Two old, empty plastic bottles
- A zipper
- A pair of scissors
- Stuff to jazz up your creation: buttons, sequins, glitter, etc
and what else? You yourself!
And.....blast off!
- Cut off, from one of the bottles, a smaller portion from the bottom, and from the other bottle, a larger portion from the bottom.
- Glue the edges of the portions to the zipper, so that, when you join the ends of the zipper, you get a cylinder.
- And you're done! Pull the zip to get the perfect DIY pencil case. Accessorize your pencil case according to your choice and rock it!
